How it works -
Partnership of Christian Churches
Volunteers from our 15 partner churches dedicate their time to serving the community. With 55 (and growing) active volunteers we are able to provide many services directly to our clients. Volunteers give of their gifts, talents and skills to services such as: delivering groceries, toiletries, furniture/linen and performing small home repairs, shopping, transportation, meals and many other personal needs.
Filling the Gap
The services we provide are "gap" services, meaning that we fill the needs that other agencies and organizations are not able to provide in the community. We are there to fill the gaps!
Delivery to the door
What sets us apart from other services in our community is that we provide most of our services through home delivery. Many of our clients are single parents, seniors, disabled, housebound or without personal vehicles.
Showing Christ
Love In Action is a Christian organization that strives to show the love of Christ through Christian service to our neighbors. By providing relevant and practical services we are sharing the love of Christ.
